The Sticker Smith

A print shop in Hayward. The owner runs the shop and makes the business calls. Since February 2026 I’ve run its online side.

tssprint.com, the store I built and run for the shop.

Search is how a Salesforce order found the shop.

I do the shop’s search work, so tssprint.com ranks on Google and comes up in ChatGPT answers.

City pages
Hayward, Oakland, San Leandro, Castro Valley, Union City, Fremont, San Lorenzo and Newark each have their own page.
Google profile
The shop’s Google Business Profile, matched to the site.
ChatGPT search
A sitemap, fast product pages, and FAQ and local-business markup, so ChatGPT can read the store.
Weekly check
A ranking check every week, so I can see what moved.

tssprint.com before and after

I built both versions. The redesign opens on a real holographic sticker job, because stickers are easier to buy when you can see the material.

What they get from me

The store
tssprint.com, built from the first line: pick a format, see the price, upload art and approve a proof.
Quotes
Quote forms for signs, vehicle graphics, business print, events and packaging, and an admin where the shop answers them.
Tracking
Checkout tracking, and a record of abandoned carts so the shop can follow up.
Offers
Promo codes, personal referral codes and a first-order discount that applies itself.

How the month runs

The owner decides the offers and runs production. I run the online side and change the site when the numbers say so. When the window film page got almost no visitors, the owner asked me to retire it, and I pointed its address at business signage.
