I am Jordan Lopez. I create photos and video, build websites, and make tools that help businesses handle inquiries and organize daily work. You work with me directly.
How the work changed
I started by building websites. The work became more useful when I stopped treating the website as the whole product.
A site can look good and still leave the owner copying form details into notes, answering the same question ten times, or wondering which lead ever got a reply. That gap is where most of my work lives now.
I work directly with owners and operators. I learn the real process, connect the public experience to the private workflow, and keep the build narrow enough that people will actually use it. If the problem needs a specialist outside my lane, I say that early.
Working principles
Useful beats impressive.
Build the smallest useful fix
A business rarely needs every feature at once. I start with the point that is costing the most time, trust, or revenue.
Stay through the handoff
A launch is not the result. The result is whether the team can use the system and whether customers can move through it without Jordan rescuing every step.
Keep the claim honest
I separate what I built from what the business already had. Traffic, leads, revenue, and partnerships only belong in a case study when the source is clear.
