- Cubic Ship and TravelytAn independent operator of DHL Express counters. Their customers ship home to family, so I took their site to 18 languages. Plus Travelyt’s app, before launch.
- Pearls Farm LaborTheir old site? A logo and one Contact Us button. Now growers can request a crew in English or Spanish.Between the site and my posts, I’ve brought them crew jobs. Not likes. Jobs.
- The Sticker Smithtssprint.com: I built it from scratch, and I run the online side.I got the shop ranking on Google and coming up in ChatGPT. That’s how a Salesforce order found it.
- Brian’s Appliance RepairHis site reads like the side of his van: name, what he fixes, number.
Social
- Pearls Farm LaborInstagram, Facebook and TikTok, in English and Spanish. Photo albums weren’t landing, so I switched to reels.
- ProsperandoTheir Instagram was empty at the end of August. I put together the first nine posts, in English and Spanish.

- Reviews and referralsBrian’s Appliance Repair. A reviews page, and a QR referral card so Brian knows who to thank.

- Counter translator and training simulatorCubic Ship, an independent operator of DHL Express counters. Customers can talk in their own language, and new hires can practice first.
