Websites
Your customers should get what you do in one look, then call, book or buy without hunting for it. In their language, if they need it.
Brian’s Appliance Repair: can’t find your model number? Every appliance shows you where the plate is, and you text Brian a photo.
For Cubic Ship, an independent operator of DHL Express counters, I rebuilt cubicship.com in 18 languages, because their customers ship home to family.
Lead intake and follow-up
First, people have to find you, on Google and in ChatGPT. Then every inquiry lands with the details you need, in front of whoever answers it.
I got The Sticker Smith coming up on Google and in ChatGPT. That’s how an order from Salesforce found them. Behind it: a page for each of eight East Bay cities, their Google profile and a ranking check every week.
Growers now ask Pearls Farm Labor for a crew in one request: crop, acres, location, dates. Between that site and my posts, I’ve brought them crew jobs.
Custom tools and automation
Typing the same details in twice? I build the tool so you only do it once.
On cubicship.com you find the closest counter by ZIP or your location, start a shipment with no account and walk in with a code. Real customers send their requests this way.
The Sticker Smith runs its orders and quotes from one screen I built, and a plain-English log tells the owner what changed.
Photography and video
Photos and video on location, day or night, and reels that open on the action. I’ll also cut footage you already have.
Pearls Farm Labor’s homepage plays my footage, with my name on it. I’m in the rows at night for the harvest, camera in hand.
