Brian’s Appliance Repair

An appliance repair business in Vacaville. Brian fixes kitchen and laundry appliances at people’s homes. I’ve worked with him since about August 2025. It started with the website. Now customers can call, text or book him from the first screen.

What I’ve made for Brian

  1. brianappliancerepair.comLive

I built the site, and the new version went live in October 2026. The first screen works like the side of Brian’s van: his name, what he fixes, the town and his number, big enough to read at a glance.

Each appliance opens to what Brian fixes on it and where to find the model plate, with buttons to call him or text him a photo of the plate. Once you scroll past his number, a call and text bar stays on screen. The photos are from Brian’s own jobs.

Tap an appliance to open it. The photos are Brian’s.
  2. Reviews pageLive

A page that asks customers for an honest Google review, plus an invitation on the home page. Both link to Brian’s Google profile, and nothing is offered for a review.

  3. Referral page and QR cardLive

An introduction customers can copy into a text, an email or a group post, and a digital referral card with a QR code. The code tags every visit with where it came from.

  4. Service requestsLive

Requests from the site go into Jobber, which Brian already uses for his jobs. The referral page asks people to say who sent them when they call or book, so Brian can thank the right person.

How it works with Brian

Brian runs the jobs and talks to his customers. I keep the website side running: when he wants something changed, he sends it to me and I make the change. In October he sent me photos from his jobs, and they were on the site the next morning.

Want this for your business? I’ll write back myself.
