Pearls Farm Labor and Prosperando

Since July 2026 I’ve been the media and web person for Leo Flores’s two companies: Pearls Farm Labor, his Napa vineyard and orchard crew company, and Prosperando, the family’s wine brand.

What I do for them

The site
pearlsfarminc.com in English and Spanish, rebuilt in July 2026. Growers request a crew with the crop, acreage, location and timing. Workers and foremen apply on their own Spanish-first path.
Photos and video
The R8 and the drone at night picks, a crush morning and vineyard work, with the photos graded in Lightroom.
Posts
Reels and carousels on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, with captions in English and Spanish.
Replies
I turned off Meta’s automatic replies, since most messages came from job seekers. Growers who write in get a personal reply.

pearlsfarminc.com before and after

Before I rebuilt it, the site opened on a logo and one Contact Us button. That’s it. Now it opens on my drone footage of the work, with the crew request one tap away.

What it brought in

Between the website and the posts I run for them, I’ve brought Pearls Farm Labor new crew jobs. Every request shows which page or post sent the grower, so we know what’s working.

How the month runs

During harvest I’m in the rows at night with the camera and the drone, then I grade, edit and post. I keep the site current between shoots. When photo albums weren’t getting much, I switched to reels of the work.

Prosperando

The Flores family’s wine brand. Its Instagram had no posts at the end of August. I put together its first nine posts, in English and Spanish, built around my own bottle photos and the family’s archive.

Want this for your business? I’ll write back myself.
